PRODUCT & BLOCKCHAIN ARCHITECTURE
syncArt
ROLEFounder & Blockchain Architect
syncArt is a product and business concept for giving artists new ways to distribute work and share value with fans and event organizers through blockchain-based assets and event experiences.
01
The product
The model connects four participant groups: artists supplying creative assets, event managers composing event-specific releases, fans collecting or exchanging value, and DAO-based regulators supporting legality, quality, and dispute resolution.
Its two-market structure separates individual ASSET NFTs for B2C and B2B use from event-focused ART NFTs. PRE-EVENT access and QR distribution connect the digital model to physical concerts, while GIFT NFTs carry promotional benefits such as discounts or future entry.
02
What I designed
- Designed the domain model and high-level architecture for artists, fans, event managers, regulators, marketplaces, and their value flows.
- Defined ASSET, ART, GIFT, and PRE-EVENT asset types together with their ownership, resale, event, and promotional roles.
- Mapped the B2B and B2C marketplace mechanics, event-creation journey, QR distribution, participant remuneration, and DAO responsibilities.
- Prepared product and technical documentation, business models, user flows, infrastructure assumptions, and materials for grant applications and fundraising.
